HAHAHAHA!! :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

TOO CUTE!

I'm not a big Simpsons fan, but I do remember seeing the Episode where Homer wins a trip to Epcot and it was hysterical.

That's TOO funny!!! I love it when Disney references pop up places you least expect!!

That was one of the worst Simpson's episodes I've ever seen. Have they jumped the shark? :confused3

Nah...the show hasn't jumped the shark, but occassionally they get a weak episode. I LOVED the Godfather references and Nelson trying desperately to backpeddle.

The episode with Homer and "Epcot"; Homer didn't win a trip. They were going to Epcot to watch/support Mrs. Krabbapple who was nominated for "Teacher of the Year". That's where the event was held. It was hysterical!! As they wre flying over the park, Homer quipped "Ohhhhhhhhhh...it's even boring just flying over it!"

Then of course there was the spoof of Spaceship Earth sponsored by Eastern Airlines (where Eastern Airlines has become overlord's of the planet and enslaved the masses). And the Electric Car pavillion, sponsored by the gasoline makers of America. Where they rode through the attraction in an electric car who narrated "Hello, I'm the electric car. I can't go very fast or very far. And if you drive me, people will think you're gay..."

At the end of the show, Homer (desperate to escape Epcot) tries to climb over this large brick wall to get to the MK on the other side. When he does, an prison alarm sounds and lights start flashing as you hear Homer yell "It's so beautiful!! ..........What?!?!? $14 for a churro???????......one please..."

LOVE that episode!!!:lmao:

IMO the Simpsons lost it about six or seven seasons ago, but the Epcot episode was made back int he good old days and is an absolute classic. There were even in jokes in the backgrounds that only Disney fans would pick up on.

And of course the Duff Gardens episode was an equally great ripping of Busch Gardens.
