Sorry if this is a stupid question and/or it has already been asked or talked about AND for any misuse of terminology.

I know I can "order" a Disney Dream Dollars or whatever they call it BUT it says I can get one right at Disney, so I read this to say I can wait until I get there, go to an appropriate location and ask for one?? Also, will it be for the exact balance or is it in increments of $20?

You can get one in Downtown Disney. You can put the exact balance on it, there is a minimum transfer of $10 or $20, but you can put all your reward dollars on it.

We ordered a redemption card but did not receive it in time for our trip. So we went to customer service just outside of Magic Kingdom and they called Visa and got one on the spot.

When I've done it, they give me the card, but then I've had to call to have my dollars transferred (it's possible they transferred the first $20 but if they did, I don't know why I wouldn't have had them do it all).

Regardless, its an easy phone call and the number is on the back of the card.

Guest Relations at any park or DTD.

Also, you can order the card now (as long as you have at least $20 in rewards) and then call or go online to add the balance of your $$ at any time.
