Were planning to go in February and have never done it before - any tips?

Avoid rainy days, as this is the obvious place to go...so everyone does!!!

Might not be too bad in Feb. We went in August, on a rainy day, and spent a fair amount of time queing. Had a great time though!!

We ate in the food court upstairs, and the portions were HHHUUUGGGEEE!!! Sharing is definitely an option here.

If DQ isn't included on your ticket, look for deals - Mapleleaf were doing a good price a while ago. Also, consider an annual pass - it is equivalent to the price of three entries to DQ.

We find the best thing with DQ is having the ability to pop in and out - do a couple hours one day and go back in again another day for half an hour. It all gets a bit much if we stay too long - there is no daylight or sense of time and if you overindulge in the cheesecake factory and design your own rollercoaster, you need a break!

We have never found crowds a problem in Sept, Nov and Jan, so would imagine Feb would be fine as well.

Enjoy it, it is one of our favourite things to do and we are a mid thirties couple - no kids!
