I know that entrance to Disney Quest is included with the ticket option - but once inside are there games or things other than food that will need to be paid for? I know our 17 yo will love the place (we went for about an hour into the place 3 years ago) - but are there actually things there for 7 and 9 yo? What about toddlers or is this really a place to send dh and the older ones and toddler and I find something else to do?

Most games are included. There are a few that require money but the key attractions are free. There is a counter service place for for food. I would say there is definoitely enough to keep your 7 and 9 year old busy. I don't know about toddlers, though. We didn't have any wee ones when we were there so I really wasn't paying any attention to attractions for younger children. My gut tells me they did have a few but maybe someone else can help. If there is limited variety, you could leave DQ and walk to Legoland that the toddlers would defintely love.
