Disney Quest - least crowded weekday ?

Disney Quest - weekends can get busy
We go to WDW during the busy season - end of June to 4th of July week.
We have never been to DQ.

I know DQ can be busy if it rains in the afternoon.
I also know it does not open till 11 AM.

But which weekday would be least busy ?

Would a Friday afternoon be least busy ?
What about a Monday afternoon ?

No matter what day we go, we find it always starts getting crowded about 2PM. We always arrive when it opens, do the rides that get long lines (like Pirates of the Caribbean - Search for Pirate Gold) and then head out. I don't like to have to wait in these lines when I could be doing something else.

Thanks for th info - we will aim for 11 am - do some games and eat lunch ate at 1 pm

anyone else have experiences with Disney Quest ?
