Disney Quest Hours Mix-up

Can anyone help me with this?
I just visited the Disney Quest information tab under "Theme Parks." At first, the page says that DQ opens at 11:30, then I scrolled down a little and in a paragrah recommending to get there early-it stated that DQ opens at 10:00. Can anyone clarify?

It has always opened at 11:30 or 11:00 AM when we went. Never saw it open earlier.
