We are considering going to DQ on our next trip. We will be there Dec. 25th to Jan. 2nd. Will it be too crowded to really enjoy. If so, we can go some other time, but our DS(12) hasn't been in a long time, and I thought this would be a nice surprise for him. :D Thanks in advance for the info.

Crowded? Probably but all of the parks as I understand will be mobbed anyway, lol. We're planning to spend much of Christmas eve in DQ. What I've always heard is go early, at opening if possible, avoid the after dinner timeframe, and don't go if it's raining as so will many others. Your son is the age to love it.

disney4us2002,
I hope you guys have a great trip, and I will keep your tips in mind. :)

Has anyone been this week? Would there be a better day to go, or a day to stay away from? Any other tips? Thanks in advance.

We went to DQ during that week last year. I agree with what has been said: Go right at opening and pick the nicest day of the week according to the forcast. Do not go on a cloudy/rainy day or you won't be able to move.
