Disney princess resin figurine

Many moons ago my mother and I found a Disney princess figurine in a thrift shop and we cannot tell who the princess is? It is made of resin but you cannot see which princess it is because it is completely black and the face is covered in paint splatters and the bottom of the princess's dress also has splats on it. My mom seems to think that it might be a Rapunzel Tangled figurine because the top of the outfit might be Rapunzel's vest. We also have no info on who made this figurine. Has anyone seen a Disney Princess resin figurine like this one?
