**Disney Princess classics on ice**

Thank you all so much, esp Disneyangel for the review.
I'm really looking forward to it now, just me and my eldest DD, it will be nice to spend some time with her and get excited about our 2007 wdw trip......

Just back from the Glasgow show last night and throughly enjoyed it, the music and outfits were great - look out for the fish in the Little Mermaid scenes - they are fab! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

The programme has some lovely photos of the show in it and some info on the cast.

I want to go back to WDW!! :bounce:

I'm thinking of taking my 3 1/2yr old DD to see this at Wembley in October (in prep for trip instead of panto). I have never been to a Disney on ice thing, if anybody has could they let me know what it was like.

I see that this particular show has done the last two nights in Glasgow, if anybody has already been, how was it?

Thanks a million.
:thumbsup2

It was terrific! Went last night, a good time was had by all. Some of the younger kids were a bit nervy when a few villains appeared though:sad: All of the princesses were beautiful!

We had a fab time last night at the show in Glasgow. The costumes were absolutely beautiful and the music just lovely. Really excited for my trip to DLP now.

:thumbsup2 Had an amazing time- I think it was the best disney on ice show to date! I thought the dancers were amazing! Beware the merchandise, some were very expensive!

We've just got back from the Glasgow show

:goodvibes It was fab . Lots of fabulous costumes ,original disney music and some added extra's . I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. Made me even more excited about my DLRP trip (hope the strikes will be over by then :guilty: )

Only downside was the overprice souveniers - £5,50 for an ice drink in a fancy plastic cup or some candy floss with a plastic crown and they were the cheap ones !!!

Lots of the girls (including our two )were wearing their costumes.

Definitely a :thumbsup2

Yeah I remember last year the prices of souvenirs were criminal pirate: I got a programme just cos I always have to if a live concert/show has one *geek*

Were taking dd princess: to this at london on 20th october and am looking forward to it, how long does it last to all of you who have been??
thanks x

I remember the last time they did Disney on Ice; would of love'd to have gone to seen it..

I'll think I'll give these a miss though; perhaps my cousins will like it..

We go to Sheffield Arena on 4th November. Just got DD a Belle costume from Disney Store to wear. We have rink side seats. Can't wait. Also thought on to buy light stick as no doubt v. expensive from souvenir stand.
