Disney Premier Visa - annual fee

I know there are several threads on this, but didn't find my answer.

I have had the card since they first offered it, at the beginning of the year I think. I am just now getting billed my annual fee.

I wanted to see if others also got billed this now. I can't check back my statements that far back so I don't believe I got charged for this in the beginning.

I just want to be sure..

I upgraded around the end of February & my last statement had a note on it that the annual fee would be charged on Sept. 2nd.

Guess it takes them a while

I upgraded last week of February and was just charged this last statement.

I upgraded in February and just got charged the fee a few days ago. There was a note on our last statement that it was going to be applied.
