For information - not sure where it should go.

I think this will change and the crowds will again be large this summer. Perhaps disney will offer more discounts for their resorts because of this.

This is from Yahoo news:

The Walt Disney Co. reported an 11 percent drop in quarterly net income on Thursday as unexpectedly strong box office successes like "Chicago" failed to offset the Iraq war's impact on theme parks and television operations.

Disney said the Iraq war dampened attendance and hotel occupancy at its Walt Disney World resort in Florida, leading to a 3 percent drop in the theme park division's quarterly revenue and a 45 percent plunge in operating income.

As much as I hate crowds I hope that you are right :)

Even though they did report an 11% drop, this was as predicted. Also, I think things are starting to take a turn for the better for WDW, as bookings and park attendance seem to be gaining some steam, now that the war is behind us, and it is believed that the economy is close to beginning a rebound.
