Disney Planning Video??????

In September of 2012, when we made our reservations for Aug 2013 I ordered the Disney Planning Video, it never came in the mail. I ordered the Disney Customizable Maps and never received them either.
Anyone actually get them in the mail??

For a trip in Feb 2012 I ordered both a dvd and maps, never received the maps. For this year I ordered both again and they both arrived within 3 weeks! I would just try again!

I ordered the DVD at the end of last year, it took over a month to arrive. I ordered the maps about a month ago, those came much faster, only took 2 or so weeks. The maps are great, I might order another set before our trip in December just to have them.

Good to know ppl are getting these things. I did reorder the video the other night, but had to sign in to get the maps? I can't remember my password and I gave up. I'll have to put more effort into that as you say the maps are worth it.

We have ordered the free DVD every year for many years and we always get it. We have also ordered the maps a few times and received those as well.
