Disney pin for canadians

Does anyone know of disney giving out pins to Canadians, ( help fellow Canucks! )and are they any ways to help chances!? I have requested the disney DVD at least once a year, have a profile on their site, not sure how to help my chances , or if it even possible .

I just received one March 12th for 30% off most resorts. Same one that is currently there under special offers.

I did everything you did (and so did my parents who were traveling with us) and they kept getting the offers (before we left).
