Disney pin codes + Bill = TROUBLE *11/01 Almost time for our Happy Place*

I don't like formal gardens. I like wild nature. It's just the wilderness instinct in me, I guess. – Walt Disney

The flash woke Ace up and he got nosey:

That picture cracks us up

, it looks like he is giving Mickey the evil eye.

Can I just say that I love your quotes at the beginning of your posts? What a fantastic way to spread the Disney magic!:goodvibes

I absolutely love that picture! He does look like he's giving Mickey the evil eye, or perhaps looking for his ME ticket?:confused3 Maybe he wants to go too. Could you imagine if WDW let people bring their dogs into the parks?? What chaos that would be!

My aunt is a breast cancer survivor, thanks for the note, it was just lovely!

Bill has decided he wants to try Splash at some point during the trip. Does anyone have tips about Splash? Are there any rows that have more leg room than the others? Bill needs all the leg room he can get since his legs are not limber at all.

We got some Mickey Mail this week.
We got our Magical Express tags, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets, and gift cards for the kids:

ooh! are those the new ME tags? I assumed they'd be the same as the ones we got last Feb, I like those SO much better!

I think the rows are all the same but they aren't horribly cramped from what I recall, just a bit awkward to get in and out of.

Great plans! And I love that you aren't going to let anyone derail your trip.

You know when you get your Magical Express packet that the vacation is getting close. I'm sure everyone is very excited.

I love that picture of Ace. He looks like he's saying "What About ME?".

Sorry about your Mom, Tracy. I'm a (almost) 3 year breast cancer survivor. I had advanced stage breast cancer because I didn't go for the annual mammo's. My chances of it returning are very high because I didn't think it was important enough to go annually for that exam. Shame shame on me.

And good thinking regarding you and Bill having your vacation, no matter what. We learned that valuable lesson after the first trip with taking the adult kids (who wouldn't make a rope drop even if I paid them a large amount of money).

We can't eat at Flametree because my daughter is afraid of birds. Last time my DH tried to shoo the birds away and it was a disaster.

:woohoo: You know when you get ME stuff you are getting CLOSE!!! :woohoo:

Just 30 days 'til our DIS-meet!! :woohoo: :yay:

Kathy

:dance3::dance3: YAY!!!

Hi Tracy,

thanks for sharing about your Mother and the info re breast cancer

Love both of your days you've posted recently for Epcot and AK....the pictures of Ace as always are full of :rotfl: and the pic of the corn cob stealing squirrel is a riot!

Scrappie

You are very welcome about the info. That squirrel was hilarious!

Thanks for that about the quotes, I just love them. Ace would hate the parks, too many people and way too loud.

Bless your aunt. Same ME tags, that is the booklet, I didn't take pics of the actual yellow tags with our names on them.

I love getting Mickey Mail. I am so happy you caught your cancer in time. Bill and I haven't been to Disney in a year, nobody is going to ruin this trip for us.

Well I know the kids aren't scared of birds, thank goodness. They life out in the country with my x-mil who has 3 geese, a turkey, and some guineas.

OMG the photo of Ace is hilarious, I think he's getting jealous you know :rotfl:

You are getting so close Tracy!:banana:

I would have freaked out with that squirel at Flame Tree. Between the squirel's and the birds, I'm not sure I could eat there. :scared1:

That picture of Ace is priceless! :upsidedow

Hey Tracy! I just got all caught up. Thank you for sharing your story with us...it actually made my eyes fill up.

As for the plans...they look great. I love Wishes also but sometimes being onb rides while it is going on means short lines. Plus if you go on Splash Mountain during them you can get a great view. Back in the day when they used to have 2 parades at night we used to go on Splash and Thunder Mtn. multiple times in a row b/c there would be no line.

Ahhhh Disney mail...nothing is better. Ace does look like he is giving Mickey and evil eye. Too funny.

 for your mother. I just heard that 75% of women who die from breast cancer never had a mammogram.

Ace is so cute! :goodvibes

Your trip is almost here! :woohoo:

Okay, you sucked me in:goodvibes I started reading last night and finished this morning. All the things that you've put into this trip are going to make it so special for the kids. Hopefully Josh will see them enjoying the magic and get into the spirit of things :) Can't wait to find out how the kids react!

Hi Michelle! For some reason the squirrels and the birds don't bother me. Ace is so goofy.

I think we might just go for the rides that night. We have changed some plans around a little and I will be updating soon.

 Thank you. I am almost in "OMG our trip is almost here" panic mode :rotfl:.

Welcome! Thank you so much for reading and posting. I can't wait to see how the kids react either.

Mickey mail is the best :cloud9:

Ahhh yes it is :cloud9:.

I am so jealous that you are getting so close! I don't think we will be back until 2012... We are getting ready to send me to school so that will take a few years...

I miss Disney World already... :sad1:

 I feel that way too every time we come home. Last year I was spoilled we went in June, October, and November, so it has been a year since we have been there and I miss it so much. It is great that you are going to school though, good for you!

Hi Tracy-
I just got caught back up. Good luck with seeing all 3 shows at AK. I barely was able to do 2 last week and it was just me to worry about!

If any seat in Splash is roomier than I would have to think it would be the front. I found it to be snug with my bag at my feet. All I can suggest is a test run without Bill first to see if it will work for him.

Hello Mrs. K!

That picture of the squirrel is awesome. :thumbsup2 We love Animal Kingdom, too. One of our favorites. :goodvibes
