Over the years since 2001, I have had the opportunity to see and sometimes interact with some amazing musicians from an amazing time in musical history, the 60's and 70's, and last night tops the list and quite suitably is the best shot I have gotten of a master in the act.

I lucked upon someone in his party and asked for two minutes. Told her I had played him (was a DJ) before anyone knew he existed and showed her a record company promotional button I had from 73 or 74? and asked if she would ask him to sign the back (with the special marker I had brought). She said flat out, Yes. And returned a few minutes later with that AND with a signed set list! I was near tears. I replaced part of my soul with Dreamer and Hide in Your Shell.

Great photo Jud. Concert photography can be tough with the lighting, you did a great job with this picture. Breakfast in America was one of my favorite albums. Note I said album which shows how old I am.
