This is my first photo post, I hope it works...

Disneyland

Is that a dragonfly? It is SO weird - I've been seeing dragonflies at a little market I stop off at on the way to work a few times a month and I looked up what it could possibly signify. Mostly it means good luck but one version is that from now on your life will be "magical". How appropriate to see your pic this morning (I saw one again this morning that kept hovering around me).

Thanks for sharing your beautiful picture!

You're welcome--took me a few tries before I figured out how to post it
We were freaked out when we realized it was a real dragonfly and not a Disney detail!

Hope you do have a magical day. pixiedust:

As an aside, what we know as 'the pirate flag', the Jolly Roger, the skull and crossbones, is widely thought to have flown on every pirate ship: this is far from the actuality! In fact, each pirate had his own distinct flag and the jolly roger was that of a fairly minor and short lived pirate. Also, the career of even the most successful pirate was less than two years!

The closest flags to what has popularly become the pirate flag are these two replicas displayed at the New England Pirate Museum in Salem Mass.

hope you aren't offended.... I usually love your pics....
but this one kinda creeps me out! :scared1: MM looks like he's on fire! :scared1:

Not at all because it kind of creeps me out too! I did it in Photobucket while playing with their editor. It's called "neon".

I've been a lurker on this thread for months and months. I'm such a fan of everyone's photography!
Our computer was recently stolen with all of my Disney pictures on it. Hopefully I will have some to post after a trip in October. *Keeping my fingers crossed!*
Anyways, thanks everyone for sharing all of your talents. I'm addicted to this thread!

Is the weather at Disneyland Paris always depressing? Seems like every photo I see from there the weather is overcast/rainy/cold. Sure am glad Disney didn't build WDW in St. Louis.
