Belle, that was taken at Disneyland in front of Peter Pan. She's in a room above Snow White's Scary Adventure.

Ejud, actually the drapes open and close every so often so she can look over the people and see who she wants to put a spell on. Reminds me of a story one time, there was a meet and greet right near that ride and the Evil Queen was there. Well, I got my evil ladies mixed up and called her Maleficent and she was none too happy. She stared at me for a second then reprimanded me. I had to apologize.
