Oh my gosh, Loribeth, thank you for this one!! We were just talking about the parade the other day. My daughter has only seen Spectromagic and is disappointed in the change. Electric light parade is the one I saw on my first trip so I am excited to see it again. I told my husband my favorite float was of Elliot from Pete's dragon and there he is. I can't really tell - does Pete still ride?

One of my personla favorites...

Reminder- see my vids of the MSEP and NIGHTASTIC Fireworks!

Just an attempt at posting a photo of the day (no professional shots here, but I sure am enjoying everyone else's) Can any one give me tips on how to get the photo larger? I am using photobucket, Thanks.

Ejud, at Disneyland you can still ride up front with the driver. Plus, our Monorail driver looked like he just walked out of the Captain EO presentation.

Hmmm... I host mine on PB and have no issue with size- as a matter of fact, that is why I opened an account there.

When you go to your image on PB, and scroll on it, you should get a drop down with four choices in it- you want the bottom one- copy it and paste that here. It will look like this, without the spaces I am adding lest it not show...

And give you this:

Hmmm... same thing you got! Therefore I can only assume the image you loaded was tiny! Upload the full size image. Do not use any up-loader program other than what PB has For instance, Yahoo automatically re-sizes images to tiny...

Oh man! LOL! Captain EO at your service! Hey Eo! Put on a little bulk there no?
Seems appropriate though- cause those shots you've posted of their monorail look kinda more out there too! Like retro-futuristic! Love it!

I need to get back to DL and learn it the way I have learned WDW. Any cheap rooms or apartments near there fro like three months?

:)

Thanks Jud. I am not using Yahoo so I'll keep trying. I am glad to know that it isn't just me:rolleyes1

I'm going to disagree with you to an extent. My personal philosophy is that there are a LOT of people who are better photographers than I am. If I want a picture of Spaceship Earth or Cinderella's Castle, there are those of you who know your camera settings and vantage points and best times of day for taking a picture a lot better than I do. Your pictures will be better than mine. I can still try for that awesome shot, but what makes most of my pictures special and different from what I could simply buy in a postcard store is the inclusion of the people that I love. Or, you know, a bunch of strangers. ("Is this you?" http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1828742)

One of my favorites from last month, DD as the "Dreams Come True" started right after we got to MK for the first day of our trip:

Certainly not the best composition. Would have changed the ... whatchamacallit... to blur the background a little more if I knew how and had time. But I would have missed the moment.

OMG, the is one of the best pictures I have seen in a long time, her face is priceless! She is sooo adorable!

I went to the actual image on your Photobucket account and that is the size it is- maybe 30 or 40 pixels wide! Probably about 50-70 KB? An image should be about 600 KB or higher to even begin to fill a screen. Looks like you uploaded a thumbnail rather than an image. Are you pulling them out of a folder of pictures, or a photo program on your puter? Should be out of a folder. Also, I strongly recommend always directly downloading your camera to a folder, NOT using any photo program including any that came with your camera to do that job. Just plug the camera into your puter and the puter reads it as an external harddrive, then drag and drop the files into a new folder on your desktop and label appropriately. Then delete the files in the camera folder. Any camera or photo program that you use to do this for you is going to 'take over' your files and things like your problem happen.

UUUGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!! Still the same, I thought I had it... I can't download from my camera... already cleared the memory card, but I will try that next time and I'll keep trying. All tips are welcomed!
