MountNittany, that is a photo taken from Disneyland (all the photos I'm posting currently are from DL) right in front of the Plaza Restaurant. If you go back and look at the photo I posted before that one you'll see tons of people behind a rope, so this photo was taken about 90 degrees from that one, hence no people.
