How in the world did I miss that? Do they do it every year? (We've been the past TWO years, and my boys would have LOVED that!)

I don't know if they do it every year... but they did last year. It was located in Mickey's Toontown Fair - right when you first enter off to the right before you get to Goofy's Barnstormer...
