I enjoy looking at your photos, you take some awesome shots...

(I hope you don't take offense to this, but I would enjoy your pictures a lot more if you left the huge watermark out. And maybe blow them up to 800 x 600 to allow the clarity and details that your photos offer to come through.)

absolutely no offense and thanks. i agree the watermark is bad. for personal reasons though, i'm leaving it on. i liked the older one better but i had to change it in haste. it's only really awful on dark images like the ones posted, maybe i need to create a dark version of it so it's not as intrusive. or figure something better out. as for the size, it's a limitation of my image host. the only other option i have is to have it at the original size and trust me, you don't want that.

I don't know why I realized this but....Gwen's earlobe is different than the CMs.

But I agree the resemblance is UNCANNY!!

I'm close to the old Dollywood too! when I was a kid it was Silver Dollar City and in Pigeon Forge you could pay a dollar and give a bear a Coke. not Pepsi, a Coca-Cola. Now it is pretty loaded with Traffic and air brush T-shirts, but still fun. My fav. it the fresh Pork rinds. Dh refuses to kiss me until I brush my teeth if I get them though.

On a side note, I just read that No Doubt is set to release a dozen new tracks on a new album. I'm super excited... love No Doubt.

This was taken at the gates where the AK parade starts and ends. This was at the end of the parade after DW and I had gotten off of the float that we were riding on....

That's right folks, we were in the AK parade this day and got to ride on the very first float with Rafiki. So...if anyone was taking pictures of the parade this day (see the date stamp is useful sometimes...) then you may have a picture of DW and I!!!!!

The CM that picked us gave us a disposable camera and took several pictures of us with it. I have the pictures on CD but not with me, I'll try to remember to upload them!

Instead of doing a huge watermark, do a small one on the bottom corner in a white color so its easy to see in any pic. That way the watermark isnt taken up the entire pic.
