I can't figure out where this is?

Yes this is somewhere on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority ride. I believe (someone correct me if I'm wrong) that this is a section of Walt's model of EPCOT (Expirimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow) that was originally located in the 2nd floor of the original Carousel of Progress while it was featured in the Worlds Fair. Guests could walk up there and take a look at what Walt Disney had invisioned for EPCOT.

Quiltymom - I can't say for sure, but I think that Donald pinata is from the new and improved Mexico boat ride themed after the Three Cabelleros... Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Hi Cleo is a fish who stars in Pinocchio I never did get a photo taken with Cleo, so I guess you are talking about another character in one of my photos ? If you are talking about this photo, the female is Clarice This photo was taken at Mgm and I am not sure if she is still there or not. I hope you find her

That Donald Piñata is at the doll section of the "Gran Fiesta Tour" atracction at the Mexican Pavillion. (where im going to work very very soon)
