We've called WDW merchandise on a couple of occasions: One was when our little one lost a favorite toy we'd ONLY ever seen in MK, and needed to replace it, and once when there was a piece of park merchandise (snowglobe) that a friend of ours got and my wife HAD to have. Both times they've come through for us. If it's at WDW, in a store, they can usually track it down and ship it to you. It helps if you know WHERE the item came from (park, at least, but store helps too), but it's not 100% necessary. Heck, if you emailed them the above pic, they could probably hunt the shirt down for you.
