They were in the China Pavillion at Epcot. I think they are only there for a limited time, but I'm not sure about that.

They were sold all over the parks for $70. I picked that one up at Downtown Disney though (because that was the only time I was without the kids and I wanted to surprise them on Christmas morning). It plays the whole "Welcome aboard" message. We love it!
