Here is a sign that I had never noticed before. It is above the tunnel you walk under to get to main street. There is one on each side.

I noticed that last time I was there also. I'm not sure, but I think it might have been a line Walt used in his Disneyland dedication in 1955...

When i went on the mickeys magical moments tour our tourguide said they just added these plaques at WDW. They were added to Disneyland a couple years ago. There new so it wasnt that you didnt notice them its that they werent there before!

Is that the AK rope drop? Is that why Mickey is up there on the Tree of Life? I've never seen this before.

yup thats at rope drop in July 2005. When minnie, goofy and pluto were on that truck they talked back and fourth to mickey. And once they let the rope down mickey stayed up there and greeted (well kept saying hi, hope you have a magical time etc...) everyone.


Now I have a question for you Joe. In your Siggy pictures the one where mickey is crying where is that from? I know I've seen it before but I cant place it.

That is actually a picture of a picture that I took at the MGM/DS attraction Walt Disney: One Man's Dream. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe this was a drawing done by an Imagineer that was close to Walt, when Walt died. I believe the picture was published in several newspapers across the country.
