Not sure if this topic has been covered before but has anyone had problems with the billing department of Disney Photography?
DF and I got our engagement pictures taken at Epcot on 12/16/11 (by Regina who was AWESOME!) I'm one of those obsessive people who check their credit card statements online like everyday and I noticed a charge on my credit card of our engagement session that was $300 higher than it was suppose to be. I called and the billing department messed up so they credited the amount back to my card.
Well, I just ordered the archival disc as well as the pictures I wanted in our 8x8 book and my credit card was charged $54 more than what it was suppose to be! I emailed and I got a response saying the billing department messed up and they are crediting the amount back to my card.
Ok so this happened two times to me. I realize mistakes are made but it seemed too coincidental and it got me questioning if these were intentional or actual mistakes. I know the photography for the wedding can be thousands of dollars with the MK bridal shoot and everything so if they tack on a couple bucks, who's going to notice? Or are they really that careless? I'm an accountant so I always check everything. DF and I are planning on getting married in Feb 2014 so I know I will be keeping track of every charge and make sure it agrees with what was actually charged on my credit card.
Anyone else had a problem like this?
