We purchased tickets for the Frozen event and Wonderland Tea Party - are photos taken or available at these events? Unlike last time we went and bought PP+ we're unsure if memory maker is worth the $$ since other than A&E she's more interested in the rides than the lines to meet characters

I don't know about the tea party, but not at the Frozen event. The Frozen event tickets just involve getting priority seating at the sing-along, and priority viewing areas for the processional and fireworks, plus the dessert party; there's no meet and greets or anything like that where a photographer would be warranted.
