Disney Photo Pass Plus vs CD Options?

Can someone please explain the difference of these 2 so I'm not missing anything? What am I missing if I just purchase the CD? If I get the photo pass plus, I still get the CD right, but assuming there are extra perks?

We definitely want to come out of this with a CD with full printing rights with all of our pics.

The PP+ when pre-ordered comes with a CD of 400 stock photos. After your trip, you punch the code in, call up your pix, decorate them if you want and then either have them burned to a cd to be sent to you or have them downloaded. The rights will be included for you to print.

The first CD is a bonus, separate from your photos, and comes with your voucher.

Photopass plus and regular photopass both include a CD of your photos.

The difference is that Plus includes select restaurant and ride photos.

Plus also has a CD of stock photos included in the price.

Pre arrival offer for regular is $120, Plus is $149.

Ride photos are around $15, and dining photos are around $30. So if you definitely want a CD, and will do either at least 2 rides with photos or 1 character meal, you are better off getting Plus.

And for what it is worth, we only bought the regular CD (as we have always done in years past), and I am kicking myself. We spent the $30 difference in 2 digital downloads that would have been covered under PhotoPass Plus and had to forgo lots of other shots we would have gotten with Plus.

I have learned my lesson and will Plus it from now on.

Plus is very good. But I don't know why they don't specify that you get the CD with it.

You get everything you get with the normal photopass CD purchase, and the PLUS part is the stock photo CD, the digital ride photos, and the digital and print packages from the character meals that have photo opportunities before you are seated. (well, Akershus and CRT include those in the cost already)

Thank you everyone! Photo Pass Plus it shall be! We're doing character meals for sure and don't want to potentially miss out on anything. Sounds like the clip art will be fun too!
