MY DH got an email saying he was a Disney Parent Pulse Sweepstakes Winner.

It said to do this:
See the enclosed Official Rules for complete details. In order to receive your prize, you must confirm your correct first and last name, mailing address where you would like the gift card to be sent, and phone number (for shipping purposes only.) Once we have confirmed your contact information, you can expect to receive your gift card within 3-4 weeks. To confirm your information, please send an email to me at.xxxxx

No a clue about this one , but good luck and congratulations on the win PS, you may want to edit out the email you needed to confirm the info..... I'll do it in my post in case you change your mind

If he takes the Disney Parent Pulse surveys then it is probably legit. You could double check that contacts at Disney always have a @disney.com ending to their email addresses, but I think they do. And they aren't asking for information like a cc number or social security number so I don't think it's a spambot program or more importantly, asking you to go to a link from the email they sent you. I've taken Parent Pulse surveys, I've never won, but I'd assume this is how they'd let you know.

I work for a market research firm and we confirm addresses like that for bigger incentive amounts. If that's the case for you, then congratulations! It's amazing how many people we send emails with gift card codes and they never use them, maybe the emails go to spam folders, but I think people just assume it's spam and delete it.
