Disney Outlet

I have heard a lot of people talking about the Disney Outlet that is off the property. Where exactly is it? Is it worth going? TIA!

All three outlet malls in the Orlando area have Disney outlet stores where you can find discontinued items at decent to fabulous prices. I think the name is "Character Premier Store" or something similar.

Orlando Premium Outlets is in Lake Buena Vista near the intersection of I-4 and SR535. This is the one closest to WDW.

Lake Buena Vista Outlets is a few miles south of I-4 on SR535, just beyond the overpass of TOLL 417 (Central Florida Greeneway).

Prime Outlets (formerly Belz Outlet Mall) is near the junction of I-4 and Florida's Turnpike, accessible via the very north end of International Drive.

I wouldn't make a special trip just for these stores but if you're in the mood for shopping, the outlets can be fun.

Not sure which, but one of these we went to first last trip and it was horrible. The people that work at this one were not Disney CM's and the store just had this cheap and cheesy feel to it. Plus, it had other stuff in it....like Dora and Spongebob. Just was kind of strange. We left this store and went to the tried and true

There used to be two stores, but since they are doing some remodeling of the outlet center, only one store was open last September. I always find stuff to buy in these stores and I am assuming that they are actually run by disney as the CM's that work there have the same type of badge and "uniforms" the CM's in the parks have.
Does anyone know if the second store will reopen or will they just leave it at one store when the remodel is finished?
