Disney Outlet Store at Grove City in PA...Still There?

My sister and I are going to Grove City Outlets on Thursday....I think I remember someone saying something about a "temorary" Disney Outlet store there. Has anyone been recently? Is it still there?

I went to the one at Prime Outlets in Orlando and I got SO many great deals.

I went to the one at Prime Outlets in Orlando and I got SO many great deals.

Last time I was there, they said that it was suppose to be open until 5/11. Please keep in mind that most of the items sold there are from DL and very little from WDW.

I was just at Grove City Outlets yesterday and the Disney store is still there. Just be prepared that it isn't anything like "The Disney Store". I knew this going in, but I was still disappointed.

I know it's mostly DL stuff but we are hoping to find some costumes for our in trip in October when we are going to MNSSHP.

I do remember seeing a Mulan (?) and a Buzz Lightyear costume. I don't remember anything else, but I wasn't looking. Oh, they did have a pirate girl's costume on the back wall. Good luck!

We went out of our way a few weeks ago to stop at the Disney Store Outlet in Lancaster at the Tanger outlets.

Totally NOT worth it!

It was basically a larger Disney Store. Same prices as the one near me in the mall...in fact some were HIGHER.

Last summer I picked up a few play cell phones for the kids...they were on sale for either $1 or $2... I saw the SAME phones at the Lancaster Disney Store Outlet for full retail price!! I think they were $5 each!

Yup...not going out of my way to go back there!

They had some cute, but pricey baby outfits. They had an ok-looking toddler outfit with a sign that said $12 or so and the tag said $5.30?!? Many t-shirts were very (very) thin material. They had a lot of shirts/sweatshirts that were from previous years. The autograph book was DL 50 Golden Anniversary book. They had some pins, ears, notepads, etc. My husband said it best when he said "You wouldn't think that it being Disneyland stuff would matter, but it's just not the same".
That being said, not everyone is looking for the same thing, so what might not work for us, might work for you. Good luck, have fun, and stay away on Saturday's!
