Disney ornaments signup question...

Hi guys! Did anyone here sign up for the disney ornaments and receive their first shipment yet? It says we can send back the winnie the pooh ornament at their expense. I figured there would be an address label to put on the box to ship it back, but there isn't. Any ideas on how we go about this? I've never done one of these offers before and DH is going to kill me that I even attempted this one.

Worst part of all is that I didn't even receive the credit from Sunshinerewards for it! Something got messed up and it didn't track. Now if I can't return it at their expense I'm out the shipping charges plus I didn't get the $10 for signing up either. I guess signups like this just aren't meant to be for me!

So, has anyone sent their first shipment back successfully?

I signed up, but haven't gotten it yet. I think it may be like the other scholastic offers where you have to call to cancel & they give you some sort of shipment authorization or mail you a label or something.

I know others here have done these offers--hopefully they'll post with information.
 
Ok, actually mine came in the mail today too. I opened the envelope on the outside of the box & called the 800 number in the letter.

They ask for your account number (on the invoice).

I said I wanted to cancel & find out how to send back. She says I see you've already paid, you can keep what you have & I'll cancel future shipments.

I say, no thanks, I'd rather send them back. She says, what if I refund your shipping (2.99) & you can keep the ornaments.

I gave in at that point--I broke even with my SR amount & have two Christmas gifts for my niece & nephew.

It was very simple--only took 3 minutes or so.
 
Thanks so much for the info! You've been very helpful. I haven't had a chance to call yet, since DH was home all day and I'd rather not get into this with him especially since the offer didn't work for me. He'd be doing the "I told you so" dance since I didn't get credit for the offer. Hopefully he'll go out tomorrow and I can call then. :thumbsup2
 

No problem. I'm pretty sure you can get a full refund by returning everything at their expense--which you might be interested in since you didn't get the SR credite. You just have to keep telling them, no I don't want to keep them, I want the full refund.
