Disney Online Reservation Experience....

Today is my 180 day out (Dec 20th to Dec 27th).

Made the mistake last week to split our reservation (from a dining reservation stand point).

1/2 the time in Boardwalk, 1/2 the time in Grand Floridian.

Was told I could book first ADRs online @ 6:00am, would need to call @ 7:00am for the 2nd reservation.

Got up and showered @ 5:30am. Had 2 computers ready to go, one with my account the 2nd with my son's which I added on My. Disney Experience.

Counted down and tried to make reservations from Sunday to Tuesday, which were NOT GREYED OUT. So I assume I was fine. NOPE. Could only book for Sat the 20th, all the other dates told me their was a problem.....

Went to work...

Waited till 7:00am to talk to someone, got hold of someone at WDWDINE, got through right away!!!!

Explained about the situation, said how unhappy I was after all my planing Cast Member said she was sorry, and hoped to straighten it out with her on the phone.


GOT EVERY RESERVATION I WANTED!!!

BE OUR GUEST 4:35pm on Christmas!!!!

O'Hana 5:40p, Christmas Eve!!!!

Liberty Tree late lunch 2:50pm 26th.


Either I am very lucky or she worked something, but, I dont think so, she said "Lets see about Be Our Guest it most probably sold out"

Got Le Cellier also, I heard its not great lately, have never been there, thinking of cancelling it.

we logged on at 6 am and had 25 ADRs confirmed by 6:30 ish including BoG,
Le Cellier and Narcoosee's. All were on the days we wanted and within 15 minutes of the times we were shooting for. Hope FastPass + goes as well in October!

We're staying the 20th to the 27th as well and we weren't able to book online past the 20th.

Called this morning and we got pretty much everything except Be Our Guest which was sold out our entire stay.

Same thing here on Saturday & same today. I can only make reservations for the actual 180D. It's like I am off-site & would have to call everyday for the next day of my reservation. Luckily, when I called Saturday, I was able to get all of my reservations for the day/time we wanted. BoG, TH, Boma, HDDR, CRT on Christmas, etc. I called today for Christmas dinner reservation, since still having same problem online. At least I have all of my reservations for 12/18-12/27.

Called this morning and we got pretty much everything except Be Our Guest which was sold out our entire stay.

Keep trying! On Saturday, reservations were available through 12/27. There were a few yesterday too. Also, check out the December 2014 Cancellations Thread.
