Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had been sent the presale information about the Disney on Ice shows yet?

I am supposed to be on the presale mailing list but I didn't get anything last year:confused: so I'm not exactly holding out much hope for this year.

I have looked at the information from DB promotions, but according to the NIA, this company can't buy tickets any earlier than a member of the general public:confused3

My daughter princess: has decided she doesn't want a party for her 15th birthday, she wants us to take a couple of her friends to the NIA instead, as one of the dates usually falls on her birthday, and I really don't want to let her down.

So, if anyone has got the information and doesn't mind sharing, I'd really appreciate it:love:

Thanks.

I have the info for the MEN in Manchester. I was sent this a few weeks ago and have already paid our deposit as we are a party of 17.

Did you book with the venue of a third party booking agent?
Did you fill in one of the cards at last years Disney on Ice show? Were you sent a code for priority booking at your chosen venue?
Hope you don't mind me being nosey?:)

They have been booked through DB promotions. We have been going now for about 8-9 years and book with these as we are classed as a group (17-18 and we get free tickets). Originally we filled in a card at the venue one year and now they let us know what is coming before christmas(i think), and then we have to reserve the tickets. We always seem to get good seats and the dates we require.

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything from Disney or Feld entertainment about this years prebooking?

I haven't heard anything either ~ we had booked our tickets by this time last year.

We're going back to the NIA again but knowing my luck we will be away when the tickets go on sale. Oh well, I'm sure something will be left at the back for us. :rotfl:

I've just got the preferred mailing for the NIA through the post:cool1:

I have literally just got off the phone from booking my tickets, and I've managed to get front row, block 6 for my daughters birthday:banana:

I had to phone the NIA box office, as the websites listed in the mailing aren't actually showing tickets yet. The phone number is 0870 909 4144, or you can ring Ticketmaster to book on 0870 4000 777, but I hate Ticketmaster and I think the NIA charges are less.

When I rang I just told them that I had received a preferred mailing, they didn't ask for the code, but it is DM1 incase anyone is interested. You can also quote that if you go to the box office in person, and if you pay cash for your tickets they don't charge a booking fee.

If anyone needs any more information, just ask.

Ooh well done, Sid74. I've just booked rinkside again, we've got virtually the same seats as last year ~ I am sooooo glad I managed to book before we go away. :yay:

We will just have come back from Halloween at DLRP so it will be a very nice Disney pick-me-up. :goodvibes

We get back from our first ever trip to WDW the week before we go to Disney on Ice, we weren't going to go this year because it's so close, but we didn't go last year for the first time in about 6 or 7 years because we should have only just got back from WDW, but we had to postpone and it was too late to get tickets and we were gutted.:sad1:

It will be my daughters 15th birthday the day we go to the NIA, she asked if she could take 2 friends instead of having a party, and as I was after an excuse to go, and it will be so much cheaper to take 2 extra people to this than have to have a party for a whole load of rowdy girls, of course I said yes!:lmao:

So, now I will look like a lovely mummy, and I get less teenage girls to worry about, and Disney on Ice, looks like I win all round:rotfl:

Ware bears, I always look at rink side, but some how feel that being that close would sort of spoil the magic, specially as when we went to see the one where they did small world and the dancers kept falling over, it made my DH night, he thought it was so funny. I worry that he would just comment on the face characters not looking right etc. So I think it is probably safer if I keep him a bit further back;)

How is it that close?

Have booked rinkside for the NIA :thumbsup2

It was our first time rinkside last year & it was fantastic, you get so much more character interaction with the kids & lots of legroom. They've bumped the prices up for Row A this year though

Sid74, what a lovely treat for you all :goodvibes :goodvibes

Last year was our first time but we thought the face characters were great, just like in the parks. :cloud9:

Can't wait!! :yay:

Ok - being a real dimbo here - but where are the shows? I received the pre-booking info today (don't know why - never asked for it) and it doesn't say which venue.:confused3
What and where is the NIA?

The NIA is in Birmingham - your prebooking leaflet will say what dates are available for a particular venue (probably the one you went to last time) :)
Mine says the venue above the dates/times/prices
