I just want more good Star Wars. After the ineptness of most of movies now, I just want good Star Wars. Mandalorian gives me hope.

I also want them to just move into a different space and get away from the Skywalker Saga timeline. skip a head or back a few thousand years and reset.

Well Clone Wars finale was satisfying but also definitely left me wanting more - would be exctied about a new animated Star Wars project for Disney+

That last scene was something! Vader seeing the helmet, holding the droped light saber that he, as Anakin, had been so excited to give to her not that long ago, and then his reflection in in the helment with Asohka's coloring on it walking away as if he now fully has turned his back on his former life, etc. ... then you have the Morai flying overhead and the role it plays in Rebels in the worlds between episode. So much in that short scene with no dialogue

Do wonder why she left the lightsaber - and only one of them
As to why she left it seems like it symbolizes leaving her old life behind. Although it’s certainly open to a lot of different interpretations. As to why only one didn’t she lose one before that. I’m pretty sure that was the only one she had left
Edit I just rewatched it she does not lose one. So really kinda changes my view on why she did it also.

I'll take all of the Star Wars I can get it!

Side note: Have we heard if the original Muppet Show will be on Disney+? Sorry if this has already been brought up in the previous pages.

I got this off reddit:
So the reason The Muppet Show isn't on Disney+ could be that it was produced by a production company out of England, so the rights to that license could be in limbo because the Jim Henson Company weren't the only people involved in the show.

Not to mention there is a lot of music that they probably need to clear for it. I think that's why the DVD sets are incomplete. That said, Disney can certainly clear just about ANY rights they want to if they are motivated to do it, but would the return be justified? I'd love to see the classic Muppet Show (and Muppets Tonight) on D+, but I'd settle for all of the movies - some of theose are also missing.

I have gotten so addicted to Prop Culture. I only ahve one left to watch and I hope they do more. It is highly recommended!

neat thing for us is we are then motivated to watch the movies after we watch those episodes ... and has resulted in my kids seeing Tron and Pirates of the Carribean for the first time (they didn't care for Tron but my oldest really like Pirates)

Yeah, I wanted to watch Honey, I Shrunk the Kids before the prop episode since I hadn't seen it since I was a kid, so I gave it a whirl. Now I want to watch Who Framed Roger Rabbit again.

Can everyone use spoiler tags or warn before the link that there’s a spoiler? Some of us don’t want to know anything about the upcoming seasons. :)

Sorry about that. I thought about it, but it seems to be making its rounds mainstream, so I figured it wasn’t really going to be a spoiler. That was dumb of me.

Oh, not dumb, I think it’s easy for people to forget that not everyone uses social media and looks at all the latest news on the internet. Almost all the spoilers I see for all entertainment come from the DIS. Occasionally the EW magazine has some for things I watch but those can usually be avoided by not reading the article. I know, I know- what kind of millennial doesn’t use social media and scour the internet for news? There are a few of us, believe it or not. 🤣

The Rise of Skywalker special features on D+ are awesome. Anyone with the bluray compared them to see if there’s more on the bluray? I’d love to see outtakes and more footage of them filming.

See, I forget that some people don’t use the internet to spoil themselves of upcoming movie news like I do lol. I do feel bad that I spoiled that for you, especially since I was going to use spoiler tags and just put it up without them.

I haven’t watched it on D+ and haven’t gotten a copy of it on physical media. But I know that Avengers Endgame has more special features on D+ than on the disc. That’s what I like about D+ over other streaming platforms, they give you the special features even though they could easily get people to buy physical specifically for the features even if they have Disney +

Oh it's not your fault. I don't really do much with social media but I do read my Google news feed and I have seen a few articles today pop up about this Mandalorian topic. Actually I was surprised that the headlines gave away as much as they did because I thought they kept season 1 under wraps well before it came out. I try to limit the amount of spoilers that I see but this story wasn't hidden at all online.
