Agreed. ShopDisney is often such a poor source for Disney merch.

I don’t have a collector’s desire to get anything in particular, I will only buy Disney merchandise at a discount at my local Character premier warehouse. I have seen resellers there buying bags of merchandise. I’m sure they will be pumping out 50th anniversary merch for the next 18 months so there should be no fear of missing out.

The uk one is way worse. Very rarely WDW stuff, they must think here in the uk we all go to DL.

Yes, I too wish that more park merchandise would be available on shopDisney. Agree with PPs that if Disney wants to stop it they can.
I miss the old "Shop Disney Parks" app that was available 4-5 (?) years ago. When it first came out, quite a bit of park merch was available for purchase, then slowly less & less available, finally Disney did a way with the app.

I agree. When I saw that picture that's the first thing I thought of. Does anyone really believe Disney isn't going to be hawking 50th anniversary merch for the next 18 months? They aren't going to let that opportunity go to waste.

More & more a trip to WDW, even for us who only do the occasional 3-4 night stay, seems like more work than relaxing. I appreciate what technology can do for us and does for us every day, but I don’t want to be plugged in 24 seven when I’m trying to relax. Surely we aren’t the ONLY ones who look for a break from cell phones?
I know I’m in the minority…guess we will see when this Genie finally comes out.

Agreed. I'm very curious to see what Genie is capable of, BUT I'm not going to be thrilled if I have to stare at a screen my whole trip.
