Well I seriously doubt we are getting Genie news today (an announcement just didn't seem that imminent to me from the comments yesterday), but I'm still crossing my fingers we will hear something about when APs will release for WDW.

People have no choice but to buy from them.

LOL Of course they have a choice. It’s just stuff. No one will die if they don’t get a T-shirt.

CA started revoking APs of people doing this crap

Who says they’re buying with their AP discount? They don’t have to use the AP discount to turn a profit. To me, the buyer in this case is no better than the seller. Buyers are what keep sellers in business. If you don’t like reselling, quit supporting it and it stops.

Pick one. People walking out of shops with garbage bags full of merch is absolutely ridiculous. Disney doesn't care as long as they get the money but eBay pirates are and always will be scum. They create the market in the first place by cleaning the shelves out daily when the merch drops. (As anyone who tried to fairly purchase Loki ears this summer can attest.) People have no choice but to buy from them.

Pre-Covid, CA started revoking APs of people doing this crap and it's past time FL did the same but they never will because like I said Disney just cares that the merch is getting sold. They'll never take a hard line against resellers because they just want money.

People have a choice to just not buy it, there is nothing that Disney sells , or pretty much anything that I would pay above retail price for and yes if people just stop doing it there would be less of it on ebay.

Next year should be interesting because the tax consequences will change. There are many that skirt below the 20K sales and 200 invoice requirement to not have to report on taxes, but that changes to $600 and doesn't matter the number of invoices so they will be forced to pay taxes on all the profit they are making. There are some that probably some that already do but many don't.

Stitch is still eating the AP page, so they must be actually doing work on it, and that HAS to be a sign that something is coming.

The article says "with a two-course prix fixe menu for lunch, and a three-course prix fixe menu for dinner" With the potential for a very limited menu, is this effect of a supply issue or just more cost reduction measures ?
I think cost control. They can have a more limited menu and probably charge exorbitant prices, which I will admit I will try at least once if I can get a reservation.
