I didn't know this and we're there 7/26-7/31. Thanks for the heads up, we'll be sure to get this one in early. Don't hate me, but it's one of my must ride rides. :)
its one of my must rides too. my husband will only go on it if its just the 2 of us cuz he knows i have to ride it. if we are there with my parents, my mom goes on it with me cuz its her favorite. my husband was traumatized as a kid lol.

My grown kids know to just get on the boat and be quiet, mom is riding it and they're riding with me.

Park availability was added for all of July for both ticket options (expect for some reason, regular tickets are not available next week for a few parks)

How the heck do they think it’s OK to just keep adding capacity without bringing back FP and more attractions, shows, and dining?

Where are all these people going to go? How long can standby lines get before there is a revolt?

lol. my husband went in 1990 and his mom insisted on taking a picture of every single animatronic and made them ride 3 times in a row to get it all. being the 90s all she had was a camera with actual film in it and when they got back to the hotel, she went to take the film out and it fell and exposed the whole reel. she told them they had to go back on the next day so she can take the pictures again. my husband and his dad said peace out and rode peter pan instead :rotfl:

It's honestly better to either:
1. Stay off-site from Disney
2. Go to Universal

Disney isn't getting better. They've gotten so much worse, and they use the pandemic to blanket every excuse. Remember when they furloughed 720/780 entertainers that Disney had? Yeah, those aren't coming back. It's honestly gotten to the point where why go? We plan to cruise a lot more than go to a theme park because of these ridiculous changes that Disney continues to make. They are clearly all about pulling in as much money as possible at the lowest expense ever since Chapek took over.

France adjusts measures, as of 21st of July mandatory to have a health pass to enter theme parks!

As of the 21st of July people in France need a health pass to get access to museums and themeparks. This includes Disneyland Paris, but DLP hasn't responded yet.
Healthpass = double vaccination, negative PCR or a certificate that you have had Covid in the last 6 months.

As of the 1st of August this will be extended to bars & restaurants etc.

What I have read on other sites is that it has to be a negative PCR test, not antigen, taken 48 hours or less before entering an establishment.
This is going to make it a new puzzle to get the timing right, I (in NL) have only had one shot and at the moment they are strict with the 5 weeks between shots.

.
We have two cruises planned for next year, not Disney. Disney cruise prices are more ridiculous than the parks.

Entertainment will come back.

Really? When? The fact is, they should’ve already called them back, months ago. Why haven’t they? Nevermind, I already know the answer....$$$$$$

In time they will be back, they also had a hard time just bring back lion king show due to demands they(actors) wanted. Guess Im just not as bitter and more hopeful things will return in time. Its slow yes but corporations move slow in general also. Fireworks are also very expensive yet those returned.

It's absolutely pathetic that they didn't have them back months ago...for goodness sakes other theme parks that have in the past, not been near the caliber as Disney, figured out ways to make it work in the middle of the pandemic. It's totally inexcusable that the "leader" of theme parks didn't have the majority back at the very least when vaccines started rolling. The greed is such a slap in the face to its customers.

Yes...lets talk fireworks...how many months after Sea World did Disney finally decide that we were worthy enough to have them back? The whole thing is really laughable.
