Reports are in that Face Shields are no longer required for CMs as well! I'm honestly more excited for them than I am the changes for the guests. Shields seemed very useless imo.
Shields (or any eye protection) plus mask has been the ideal recommendation since last summer, it definitely does help more than just the mask, but maybe not significantly. We are still required to wear some kind of eye protection in addition to the mask at my job (healthcare).Reports are in that Face Shields are no longer required for CMs as well! Honestly CMs that are vaccinated should be able to ditch the mask outside at the very least. I feel so bad for them.Reports are in that Face Shields are no longer required for CMs as well! I'm honestly more excited for them than I am the changes for the guests. Shields seemed very useless imo.

IMHO I think the skewers were retired because of COVID. Carrying around skewers of meat through the restaurant from table to table doesn't seem like a good idea right now. Maybe they will come back when the buffets come back?
Or just bring a platter to each table with a few skewers. Small portions initially and then bring more of what you ask for. They can make it similar to other "family style" meals without getting rid of the offerings. Can they leave them somewhere safe, and we can go take our own !!!???)
This is awesome news! My boys will be fully vaccinated before our trip! Hopefully this means the last of the plexiglass will be coming down on rides.
The news was pretty good today! Here’s hoping next week brings more news about things opening and maybe fireworks!
Which do yall think comes back first? 180 day window for ADR's or FP (in some way shape or form)? I say they will drop both at the same time.

I agree 100%!I hope the 180 days for ADRs never returns. I’m on team keep ADRs at 60 or switch to 75 and have FP+ at 45-60 days for onsite guests going forward.
If you weren't allowed it would be blocked. Kenny used to.post here.Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think you are supposed to link that site here on the DIS. FYI.
What’s up with that? What’s up with that?
