They better damn well open up more places to eat. It's ridiculous they keep adding more people but ADRs and even mobile orders are either gone or so backed up.

This! If they keep increasing park capacity, all these people are going to need some place to eat. I'm hoping more is opening soon and Disney just hasn't announced it yet.

I know a lot goes into them. Just wonder if they could get them up and running by July ?

You are killing my hopes. I am worried about that too.
We've never done HEA without a dessert party, I wouldn't even know what to do.

Wish they'd announce one way or the other, I am sure they know there are lots of people wondering about dessert parties.

We'll be watching it the first night so I'm a bit panicked haha! I would definitely buy a dessert party spot! Otherwise my plan is to save a seat crazy early in advance.

Honestly, the pressure may be too much for me for July 10th or 11th, without a dessert party, lol. We may just watch from our TPV BLT room for the 2 nights we are there, and save dessert party for Sept 30-Oct 6. Spoiled by my garden space...

Yeah, I'm not sure how long it takes to train staff, but hopefully not too long. I'm sure there is still time to get it up and running in the next few weeks, but I'm also sure Disney is being strategic about where they assign cast members at this time. Maybe they'd really love to offer the dessert parties, but don't have enough cast members to start offering them in the next few weeks. It is so hard to know what Disney is thinking, but I really wish they'd let us know. It is stressful not knowing how things are going to be in the weeks to come.

The ice cream shop in France was closed all day today. We stopped by at noon, 12:30 and 7pm. Cast member in the perfume shop across from it said it is owned by another company and he believes they are having trouble finding people to work. It was very disappointing after hearing so much about the great treats there and seeing the pictures! We had our order all figured out. So sad.

The show should go live as per 1st of July.

And in personal news, I tested negative this morning, so I can fly to Disneyland Paris in a few hours.

I was looking up what the title of this show was. And then I saw that on the official Disney Parks blog, they say the following:
The new Disney Junior Dream Factory will soon invite kids and their parents to experience an interactive, musical show in a brand-new theater along with Disney Junior’s most beloved characters, from timeless ones like Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse to rising stars like Fancy Nancy, Vampirina and Timon from “The Lion Guard” series.


Can I be offended on Timon's behalf to be announced as the 'rising star from the Lion Guard Series'? Timon was already world famous, ever since the mid-nineties! And not for The Lion Guard series!
Who are these parents who only subject their children to Disney Junior but not the rich heritage of the Lion King!
