Disney Cruises are back!

I sure hope by the time our cruise comes around next spring, a few of those protocols have changed. Some I can live with, some are a definite not interested if they're in place. I am glad to see they've relaxed their cancellation policies.

It does seem a bit early, although as someone who will be there at the beginning of August, I'm excited to see it since I don't have any trips on the horizon during the 50th celebration.

With two long (and expensive) cruises coming up next year, I can't say I'm thrilled with all of the announcements, but I am very happy that they are sailing again.

Spring 2022 is a long way off so I will try to withhold judgement for now until we see what the future holds and how the first few months of cruises go! Lots of time for things to change.

How funny. Our first trip to WDW was in 2008 to celebrate my DDs 5th birthday. I bought several lovely dresses from you for that trip. Thankfully they still fit when we went again in 2009 for their 6th birthday.

Likely why they did it. It’s been a weird two years after all.

and they’ll likely keep it on into summer 2023 instead of removing it in April 2023 when the celebration ends. So August 21 to August 23 is a full two years

Watching the Olympics opening ceremony live and they using music from Kingdom Hearts 3 (along with other video game soundtracks) in rotation during the parade of nations. I guess not surprising given Japan's history of videogames in its' culture

My DS who is majoring in CS with a gaming emphasis came running into the room to tell me that. He could care less about sports but he knows his gaming history and music inside out.
