Wow. I guess it won’t be a low crowd event.

I know that, but my question is why are they still requiring mask on transportation?
While it wasn't promised to be low crowd it was sold as an after hours event at a premium price. Those events had much smaller crowds than the parties did. There was never any reason to have expected very low crowd levels. That's not what Disney promised. I guess one can hope for anything but there was no reason to if you carefully read the description. That said, we shouldn't have to be fluent in Disneyspeak to know what we're getting and you do.
It’s a requirement for federal transportation, not a federal requirement for transportation. Disney is choosing to do it. They can opt out at their will.

Oh thanks. I didn't know that! I thought it was for all transportation since all public transportation in my area also has mask requirements. I guess Disney is following CDC guidelines then. But they can drop it at anytime and I hope they do.

I'd be hopping mad.Yeah, I'm pretty upset at this development.
You state in the advertisement - Disney After Hours Boo Bash lets a limited number of Guests experience the park for an additional 3 hours after it closes. That means less waiting in line at popular experiences like Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain!
People buy those limited tickets, it sells out, you realize you can make more money and then release more tickets??? Bad move.
I agree. The added limits are unknown, so they could be minimal. I assume it previously sold out because it was tied to low, pandemic-level park capacity and staff. Now that park capacity and staff are increasing, they can increase the party limits accordingly. It's still possible the new attendance amounts are at or below pre-pandemic after hours levels. But who knows- they may have only marginally increased capacity. They could've added 500 or 5000.
Never thought I would hear "Golden Girls Action Figures"Golden Girls NECA Action Figures Are Coming Soon

I wonder if they are just releasing a certain number of tickets at a time so those people who are traveling from other states and making reservations throughout the year have an opportunity to purchase them. Its really not a good feeling for people who pay to travel to WDW to book a trip only to find out that all the tickets to an event like Boo Bash sold out months ago.
This reminds me of the Villains After Hours we did. It wasn't crowded like a normal park day, but it wound up more crowded that we anticipated at an after-hours event. 7DMT, POtC and Space were the ones with queues that slowed us down. It was a good experience, but definitely not as "limited" as we anticipated.Everyone had the opportunity to buy tickets at the same time. We are traveling from out of state.
Tickets go on sale, they sell out. That's the way it is...oh wait, not anymore...![]()

That is the best news!! I don’t want to spring for PhotoPass (yet another reason Disney should sell me an AP
