Disney News, Discussion & an Element of Fun - 2025 Edition

I doubt it’ll be a live-action remake of Stitch Has A Glitch, because that was one of those direct-to-video "cheapquels" from the early 2000s Michael Eisner era of Disney, so it’ll probably be something unique that could feature elements from it and the TV series (and its pilot movie), like Dr. Hamsterveil and Jumba's other experiments, like Sparky, Angel, and Reuben.

Also, Disney has put up looks inside what was once Walt Disney Animation Studios' satellite studio in Florida, where Mulan, Lilo & Stitch, and Brother Bear were entirely made at.

Lilo and Stitch 2 is actually pretty decent in terms of that era of direct to video sequels. It's going to be really funny when this movie is significantly worse than the "cheapquel". They couldn't even adapt a great movie lol

Yeah, it's not bad, though I prefer the series pilot movie. That actually came first, then they wedged Stitch Has a Glitch in between. It does however have a coda that leads into the series. I love how the Lilo & Stitch saga has a very tight continuity.

Oh my gosh I just saw a pov video of the new test track. It looks amazing!
I wish that they had held off and done a F1 retheme with the announcement of the new collab.

But I’m so glad it’s reopen and can’t wait to ride it again on our next trip.

Can't wait either! And it will be my son's first time riding. The first scene and last scenes make the whole ride now. Can't wait!

Ooh, sounds good. I'll hold off on a video but I'll be there the week before it reopens, so hopefully I can get on it through DVC or AP previews!

Noooo, we arrive on 9/1 and I love Spaceship earth!

Anyone know if they stopped the extended evening hours for MK? I see Epcot on the schedule but not Mk.
