First Look at Map and Prizes for Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt at 2024 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival

WDW-2024-EPCOT-Food-wine-Remys-Hide-and-Squeak-2.jpg

The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival 2024 has kicked off, and with it, Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Scavenger Hunt has returned. The scavenger hunt will be available throughout the length of the festival, which ends on November 23.

The map comes folded like a napkin with the sticker sheet tucked inside. The back of the map has embellished art featuring Remy and Emile snacking beside a makeshift Eiffel Tower, constructed from salt and pepper shakers and silverware.

The map shows you which pavilions and other areas around EPCOT have hidden Remys. Once found, guests place the included stickers in the correct areas. You don’t actually have to fill out the sheet to collect your prize, though.

This year’s prizes are plastic bowls. Guests can choose one bowl from four designs, including Figment, Remy, Mickey, and Minnie.

Final Call: See 'Disney Dreams that Soar' Drone Show Before It Ends at Disney Springs

Disney-Dreams-that-Soar_Full_56171.jpg

This weekend marks the final opportunity to experience "Disney Dreams That Soar," the groundbreaking nighttime drone show at Walt Disney World Resort, which will have its last performance on September 2.

Set to a sweeping original soundtrack and interspersed with iconic quotes from classic Disney movies like "Peter Pan," "Dumbo," "Wall-E," "Big Hero 6," and "Star Wars," "Disney Dreams That Soar" celebrates the magic of flight and the limitless possibilities of dreams. Each performance features over 800 drones to create stunning visuals that include favorites such as Baymax, the Death Star, and the Up House—all brought to life on an impressively large scale.

Highlights include a towering 354-foot Dumbo and a Big Ben that soars 328 feet into the night sky. The drones span an impressive width of 524 feet, equivalent to the length of two and a half Monorail trains.

Showtimes for the ten-minute show are 9 pm and 10:45 pm through Monday, September 2, 2024.
I really hope they do some kind of Christmas themed show for the holidays!

Looking at room rates for spring and I noticed none have room photos anymore.... is everyone having this issue or just me?

Thanks, I'll reboot.... maybe something got clobbered in my settings.

UPDATE: Nope, restarting, dumping cookies and cache didn't work. :scratchin
I've now tried Google, (my usual browser after restarting and cleaning cookies and cache), MS Edge and Firefox. So, I'm thinking it might not be my desktop but something somewhere in the great Disney unknown. I guess I've seen those photos and stayed in enough of other resorts that I can live without seeing photos... it would be nice to check out photos of rooms I haven't tried though.

It seems to me they could do better with the theming in this hall, pretty sparse.

Looks like I'll be making a donation to a charity since none of the rewards appeal to me.

They really didn't need this space. Using the old Wonders of Life building was fine. As was the Millenium Village building. I guess they needed to find something to do with the building.

Looked, and that’s not even an option anymore. Absolutely worthless. Gift cards, except D+ and D23, which I already have, are gone too. Probably won’t be getting anything🙄

This looks like an elementary school cafeteria when it's being set up for a Scholastic book fair.

FYI. Disney has finished replacing photos of famous celebrities, athletes, and musicians at each of the All-Star Resorts Hall of Fame with murals.

Oh wow, did not know this was happening! The new murals are cute and well-done (I like how the movies and sports ones make it look like you're the star), but I will miss the classier, more adult look of the old displays. Maybe they didn't want to keep the halls of fame up-to-date.

It's pretty horrible that they're sold out of gift cards. They already shut down the tours and I had over 30K in points before buying every movie I didn't already own. I still have over 29K points and Disney isn't giving me anything to use them on. With that many points I should be able to get unlimited digital gift cards and apply them towards a future trip to Florida and/or California.
