runDisney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Entrant Makes History

I actually think this is probably a good idea.

They have been doing VQs for a while before they were the 'thing' though pre-2020 it was more a system like Giedion's or your local chain restaurant where you would give a CM your phone number and they would text when it was your turn to meet the big man in red and not "Drop Times"

I know this is selfish to ask but when you pay thousands of dollars for a vacation I just have to...Would something like this actually impact daily operations for guests if they did this? Has something like this ever been done before?

I would imagine it would be like when the pilots do it, it's people not scheduled to work because it's not an actual strike. I would also imagine no one would want to take a sick day and take that hit.

It will have essentially no impact at all. Any picketing will happen away from the parks on non-Disney property. Most likely at the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd.

I may have missed it, but has anyone seen when the Holiday music starts on guardians?

Thrilled to see Amandla. She captured my hear when she played Rue in "Hunger Games."

Charlie Barnett was one of my faves from the early days of "Chicago Fire," so I'm also happy to see him!

And Carrie-Anne! Wowzers!
