Debuting on select nights this June at Disney California Adventure park, you can join in a reunion party filled with dancing, fun and plenty of nostalgia from graduation classes of the last six decades.

From good times to even better dance moves, this separately ticketed Disneyland After Dark event gives you after-hours access to Disney California Adventure after the park closes to day guests, with the opportunity to experience special offerings* not typically available during the day. Enjoy delicious cafeteria-inspired dishes, special character experiences, entertainment, photo opportunities and some favorite attractions (with shorter wait times!) for four hours of fun. Also included with your ticket, you’ll have three additional hours pre-party to mix-in at Disney California Adventure park!

In addition to these special offerings, you’ll receive a commemorative credential and guide as well as unlimited downloads of Disney PhotoPass** digital photos you take during the party.

Disneyland After Dark: Grad Nite Reunion will be offered on June 23, 28, and 30, 2022. Tickets will go on sale on Disneyland.com, beginning April 28, 2022, no earlier than noon PT.

Massive Animal Kingdom Park Hours Update for May, June 2022

Disney has updated their park hours calendar, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom has received an abnormally large amount of updates. Typically, Disney will update park hours roughly one week at a time, but this time they provided more than a month’s worth of updates. Here are the changes:

• May 8-14: Park hours extended 7:30am to 8:30pm (previously 9am to 7pm)
• May 15 – June 8, 10, 11: Park hours extended 8am to 8pm (previously 9am to 7pm)
• May 9: Park hours extended 8am to 6pm (previously 9am to 6pm)

C'mon Disney....just a little bit further out!

And maybe open up park hopping while you're at it! lol

Tokyo Disney Resort Removes Nearly All Physical Distancing Markers as Restrictions Ease​

Tokyo Disney Resort has become the first Disney resort in Asia to significantly roll back COVID-19 protocols as approaches to the pandemic change. With this, they have officially removed or nullified all physical distancing markers and lines throughout Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea virtually overnight.

Now if only the country would open to tourists.

More Land Clearing Visible As Much Needed Expansion of Woody’s Lunch Box Continues in Toy Story Land​

It seems that Woody’s Lunch Box seating is being expanded even further than the recently added awning in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, explaining why work on the area is taking so long.

There is no visible progress from behind Woody’s Lunch Box, either, however, there is construction fencing and works happening just next door now.

Disney Cleans House, End of the Road for Many Experienced Minnie Van Drivers

According to sources familiar with the matter, Disney is in the process of notifying many of the experienced former Minnie Van drivers that they will not be welcomed back into their old roles.

Back in late March, Disney had reached out to many of the former Minnie Van drivers to gauge their interest in returning. Disney then opened up applications only to turn down a great many of the former drivers. Instead, Disney looks to be cleaning house and rejecting just about every former driver who applied.

A job posting popped up on the Disney Careers website last week as Disney looks to bring in new drivers. Disney has previously said that the Minnie Van service will return this summer but has not given an exact date or details.

Odd that two weeks ago they opened up the position to the Disney College Program at $14/hr. I'm sure it's just a coincidence.

Seaweed & More Added As Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage Refurbishment Nears Completion at Disneyland​

Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage remains under construction at Disneyland Park. It was originally supposed to reopen late last year, then in “winter 2022,” but a reopening timeframe has been removed from construction walls altogether.

From the Monorail, we can catch a glimpse of the drained attraction. Since our last update, green seaweed and other colorful underwater elements have been added to the ground.

So this is really interesting because it looks like the Cast Member leaked it (which is a BIG no no and a reason to get fired). But the blog site pulled the video from the CMs instagram before it was removed from IG. And now the blog is hosting it on their site in such a way that you can't directly get the Youtube link. It's like some kind of cyber crime drama to protect the video because everyone knows how popular it is going to be!

Face Masks No Longer Required on Disney Cruise Line Buses and Terminal in U.S.​

According to the Disney Cruise Line “Know Before You Go” page, face masks are no longer required on motorcoach transportation or at the Disney Cruise Line Terminal in the U.S.A.

Disney Cruise Line guests should be aware that face coverings may still be required at ports of call and other cruise terminals outside of the U.S.A. Face coverings are optional in most locations aboard the ships.
