Lol. The 1st anniversary of the 50th anniversary is ALSO Epcot's 40th and Disney's 100th.Maybe we could get it by the 1st anniversary of the 50th anniversary![]()
Disney + TV-MA Content Update is Available for US Users ... Netflix Marvel Content is Live
- So far for some reason they don't have the Netflix shows like Daredevil streaming in 4K ??? ... I got 4K when it was on Netflix. Hopefully D+ updates this
- I 'm hearing many unconfirmed rumors that if you're in the US and use an Europe or Canadian proxy via VPN you can get access to the Star/Hulu stuff ... people are reporting after setting the TV-MA rating and using a VPN they can watch Walking Dead, Pam/Tommy, Fresh etc ... all via D+. Sounds like a possible unintended loophole
Well this sounds great but those not in a deluxe resort are still basically paying for housekeeping and not getting it and with only limited resort discounts available most are paying rack rates. Maybe Disney should resume giving guests who are not receiving housekeeping the $10 per night gift cards again.Additional Walt Disney World Resort Hotels Restoring Pre-COVID Housekeeping Schedule
Guests staying at Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Old Key West Resort, and Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort should be aware that housekeeping will soon be tending to guest rooms more frequently, as the original cleaning schedule (that is, the schedule that was followed before the pandemic began) will be officially restored at these resorts on March 20, 2022.
So far, the following resorts have gone back to the original cleaning schedule (or will do so in the coming days):
- Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
- Disney's BoardWalk Resort
- Disney's Contemporary Resort
- Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (Daily Cleaning)
- Disney's Old Key West Resort
- Disney's Polynesian Village Resort
- Disney's Riviera Resort (Starts 3/20)
- Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort
- Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort
- Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts
Lol. The 1st anniversary of the 50th anniversary is ALSO Epcot's 40th and Disney's 100th.
it will be weird with 50, 40 and 100 anniversaries all being celebrated
Operating hours get a boost in late March and into early April at Walt Disney World's theme parks
At Disney's Animal Kingdom, 9am openings have moved to 7:30am, and the 7pm closures have been extended to 8:30pm.
Disney's Hollywood Studios gains an extra 30 minutes in the morning with openinsg moved to 8:30am.
At EPCOT, the 8:30am openings continue through at least April 2.
Finally, at Magic Kingdom, an extra two hours has been added at the end of the day for an 11pm close.
In addition to the extension to the park hours, the latest Walt Disney World calendar now has operating hours available through May 25 2022.
In case anyone is curious, this is because runDisney needs to take over most of the AK parking lot (and all of AK) for the Expedition Everest 5K, which starts at 10pm on March 31st.Animal Kingdom Park Hours Shortened at End of March
According to Disney, the park hours for Disney’s Animal Kingdom have been shortened on March 31st. The previous park hours were 7:30am to 8:30pm, but they have been shortened by an hour to a 7:30pm close.
This is one of the rare times that we’ve seen park hours shortened, especially just weeks before the date in question.
With the exception of March 31st, Disney’s Animal Kingdom park hours are 7:30am to 8:30pm now through April 2nd.
I can't make out what is says under the Tron sign, anybody else work it out?
