Trattoria al Forno to Not Serve Breakfast on January 19 at Disney's BoardWalk

Due to a planned power outage, Trattoria al Forno at Disney's BoardWalk will be closed the morning of January 19; as a result, breakfast reservations on this date will move to Flying Fish. A modified menu will be offered at this location.

Trattoria al Forno is anticipated to resume dining services for dinner reservations on January 19.

• January 30, February 5: Park hours extended 9am to 10pm (previously 9am to 8pm)
• January 31 – February 4: Park hours extended 9am to 9pm (previously 9am to 8pm)

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

• January 30, February 5: Park hours extended 8am to 8pm (previously 9am to 7pm)
• February 4: Park hours extended 8am to 7pm (previously 9am to 7pm)

Additional Club Level Lounges Scheduled to Reopen Soon at Walt Disney World Resort

The Walt Disney World Resort recently confirmed that additional Club Level Lounges are scheduled to reopen in the coming weeks. The locations that will reopen in January and February include the following:

• Disney’s Yacht Club Resort – January 20, 2022
• Disney’s Beach Club Resort – January 27, 2022
• Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort – February 3, 2022

Overnight Fireworks Test to Take Place at the Magic Kingdom Park on January 20

On Thursday morning (January 20, 2022), starting from 12:45 a.m., a fireworks test will take place at the Magic Kingdom Park in preparation for the 2022 Walt Disney World Cast Service Celebration, an exclusive event that celebrates Cast Members who have worked with the company for ten years or longer.

Porte Cochère of Disney’s Old Key West Resort to Be Impacted by Construction on January 18-19

Guests visiting Disney's Old Key West Resort should be aware that there will be construction impacts to the front entrance area and porte cochère of the hotel on January 18-19, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

On January 18, the porte cochère and surrounding areas will be closed for repavement. On January 19, the resort’s main auto entrance and roadway into Disney’s Old Key West will be closed. Guests and Disney Transportation will be directed to use the Cast Member Auxiliary Entrance and Miller’s Road to access the resort.

Disneyland Monorail Closure Pushed Back, Reopening Date Revealed

Now, Disneyland has released a full schedule of the refurbishment, including a pushed-back start date. Here’s the latest:

The Disneyland Monorail will close Monday, February 14 through March 6th to accommodate construction near the Downtown Disney District Monorail station.
