Splash pads at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Wilderness Lodge closing for refurbishments late February 2022

The closure begins February 21 through February 28, reopening to guests on March 1 2022.

At Wilderness Lodge, the water play area at the Copper Creek Springs Pool closes today, reopening in early March 2022.

You may actually want to schedule MK for that day! Take a look at the wait times on the reduced hours days vs. those before/after and then decide. You have less time in the park, but most rides are reported as walk-ons nearly all day!

Just made park reservations for this Wednesday to hopefully pick one of these up after driving someone from MCO to the Dolphin. Any idea how early I can get on MDE to order and select my pickup window?

Assuming it works like regular mobile ordering, you should be able to do it pretty early. On my recent trips, I usually did my lunch mobile orders when I woke up at 7 for VQ/G+

Here are the how-to instructions… at the bottom it says “Check the Tip Board for hours of operation.” I’d assume as soon as the location is open you’d be able place the order. Good luck, let us know how you make out!!

Tree of Life Awakenings Canceled for Select Dates in Early March

According to Disney, the Tree of Life Awakenings projection show will not be shown on March 2-3, 2022. The Tree of Life Awakenings return to the schedule on March 4, 2022.
