Return of Disney World Railroad Hits Milestone at TRON Lightcycle Run in Magic Kingdom

As you can see in our photos below, railroad track has been laid in the tunnel marking the first time that railroad track has returned to the site since mid-December 2018. Here’s a look!

Disney Surprises Culinary Program with $50K Donation, Preview of Victoria & Albert’s​

Most recently, we invited culinary students from Valencia College – an institution we’ve teamed up with for nearly 50 years – for an exclusive first look and unforgettable experience inside the newly reimagined dining room at Victoria & Albert’sbefore its official grand reopening later this month. Students were also surprised with the news of a $50,000 donation to Valencia College Foundation to enhance its culinary program’s education experience. A perfect way to celebrate National Culinary Arts Month!

A Look at the Basic Nighttime Lighting Package for TRON Lightcycle Run in Magic Kingdom

While the canopy is capable of running through an array of different colors, this appeared to be a basic color scheme. A more dynamic canopy lighting package will debut when the ride opens. We will likely see more advanced nighttime lighting testing as we get closer to the opening of the ride. Here’s an example of what the canopy looks like in Shanghai Disneyland.

Jessie’s Trading Post opens in the exit of Toy Story Mania in Hollywood Studios

I am so impressed! The original store was offensively boring and the epitome of a cheap Disney cash-in. The theming and ambience of the revamp seems incredibly well done from the pictures! As a Toy Story family I can’t wait to visit!

Jessie’s Trading Post Opens in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios​

Jessie’s Trading Post has officially opened at the exit of Toy Story Mania in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The gift shop replaces the unnamed Toy Story Mania gift shop that closed earlier this year.

Guests exiting Toy Story Mania walk through an updated hallway to a mural of Jessie at the front of her shop. Like much of Toy Story Land, it is themed like Jessie’s Trading Post is a toy set with “22 pcs included.”

Cast Members told us that the toys helped set up Jessie’s Trading Post in Andy’s attic.

A price sticker from Al’s Toy Barn is on the ceiling near the front door.

The penguins are in the orchestra pit, and they do move around and react to things.
